Audubon International partners with e-par
e-par® is pleased to announce our partnership with Audubon International
Audubon International and e-par are proud to announce a partnership designed to further promote adoption of environmental management systems and environmental stewardship in golf. Audubon International, a nonprofit environmental education organization based in the United States, created and manages the award-winning Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses (ACSP), with members in over two-dozen countries.
Under the partnership, e-par and the ACSP for Golf Courses environmental education and certiftion program, will be delivered in one, easy-to-use electronic package through the e-par® platform.“We’re looking forward to working with the team at e-par® to promote voluntary environmental leadership in golf,” states Kevin A. Fletcher, Ph.D., Executive Director for Audubon International. As Terry Muir, Managing Director for e-par, states, “the vision with e-par® is to create one master web-based operating system designed to provide a single source for the tools, advice and systems required to effectively manage the complete golf course environment.”
"The partnership between the organizations is a natural one. A central element to our Golf & the Environment Initiative is the increased adoption of environmental management systems in golf,” says Fletcher. "We’re happy to work with Terry and the rest of the e-par team to deliver e-par® and the ACSP for Golf Courses in one convenient package.”
The Audubon documentation is currently being incorporated into the e-par EMS site and Audubon users will be able to complete the documentation on-line and retain it within the myeparEMS section of e-par.
