Having trouble committing your Board and senior management to environmental management?

The Victorian EPA has just released it new enforcemenbt guideline. Appendix 2 of the document clearly indicates management actions or inaction will come under scrutiny. Appendix 2 of the new guide details criteria under which the EPA will prosecute Directors and Managers. It can be viewed at the following link:
